All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Five round amethysts run along the front of each hoop in a continuous line, held by shared claws with a small silver X crossing between every pair of stones. The back half of the hoop is left plain and polished, so the color stops at the halfway mark and the hinged closure sits out of sight behind the lobe.
The purple stays even and cool from one stone to the next, and the claws are kept narrow so very little metal breaks the line. These are huggies, 19 millimeters around and 4 millimeters wide, worn tight to the ear. Ten stones across the pair come to 1.18 carats.
