Each earring carries two marquise cut champagne quartz, a smaller stone above and a longer one hanging below it, linked so the lower drop swings free of the ear. The four stones together weigh 8.48 carats and hold a warm whisky gold that darkens toward the center of each marquise.
Both stones are outlined by a fine beaded frame in white metal, which sets a cool line against the gold plated sterling silver behind it and traces the pointed marquise outline clearly at a distance. The full drop runs forty two millimeters.
