Both stones are square step cuts with clipped corners, the facet rows stepping inward to a wide flat table, so the green surfaces as shifting planes of light rather than as sparkle. Each is held in a four claw basket with paired prongs at every corner, and at 11 millimeters to a side the pair covers the lobe squarely and sits flush against it.
Nearly nine carats of green amethyst across the two, which is generous weight for a stud and gives the studs real presence from the front without any drop. Read close, the color is a cool pale green that separates them from the purple most people expect of this material.
