Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees as determined by their country's regulations.

Order Processing

Most orders ship the next business day. Before dispatch, every piece is inspected, paired with its gemological appraisal, and packaged in a gift box; occasionally this preparation takes up to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.

Delivery Times

All orders travel by expedited service. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships:

  • United States: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. Higher-value pieces often travel by overnight or two-day air service.
  • International: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.

Insurance and Signature

Every shipment is insured for its full value and travels in secure, discreet packaging. Depending on order value, a signature may be required upon delivery, so please plan for someone to be available. If you miss the courier, they will re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a nearby facility.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately through the chat or by email; changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. For security reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit

Every shipment is fully insured, so you are never on the hook for a transit problem. If your tracking stops updating or your order seems delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and, if needed, file and manage the insurance claim on your behalf. If a package arrives with visibly damaged or tampered packaging, note it with the courier or refuse the delivery, then contact us right away. Details are in our Refund Policy.
