This is a half eternity band rather than a ring built around one stone. A row of small round sapphires runs along the center of the face, shared claws between them, and a line of diamond pave borders that row above and below so the blue is held between two bright rails of white.
The band is squared off in 14K yellow gold and reads flat across the finger, the three parallel rows giving it width without height. Sized at six, it sits close to the hand and stacks cleanly against a plain band.
