All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
A thin pave halo wraps the oval sapphire, and then the design does something less common: two leaf shaped pave panels sweep off the halo at east and west, crossing over the yellow gold shank rather than sitting flush against it. The head ends up reading noticeably wider than the stone alone.
The sapphire is an even dark blue across the table, 2.30 carats, held in yellow gold prongs that show as four warm points in the middle of all that white metal. Diamonds total 0.28 carats. Ring size 7.
