One oval sapphire to each ear, four yellow gold prongs, nothing else. The blue is open and bright rather than inky, so at 6 by 5 millimeters these still register as color at the lobe instead of dark points, and the warm prongs put a thin gold outline around each stone that the eye picks up before it reads the shape.
