Oval opal cabochons fill the line of this bracelet end to end, each one domed and polished smooth in four gold prongs. Their body color is a warm cream rather than chalk white, and a quiet pastel flicker moves across the domes as the wrist turns, closer to a sheen shifting under the surface than to sharp flashes. The gold plating pulls the same warmth out of the stones that they already carry.
Instead of a box clasp the ends meet in a smooth gold barrel that pulls together magnetically, which keeps the profile unbroken all the way around. Eight inches gives the line a little slack on the wrist.
