Labradorite is the draw here, a gray stone that throws flashes of blue and green from within as it moves in the light. Black spinel outlines it with dark, glassy points in the sterling silver setting. At close to two and a half carats it has a good, solid presence on the hand. That flash belongs to this stone alone, and the ring was made only once.
