The face of this cocktail ring is laid out in five columns of oval tourmaline, and the color is organized rather than scattered. Pink runs straight down the center, pale mint green flanks it on either side, and smoky brown with a touch of olive closes the outer edges. More than twenty ovals sit shoulder to shoulder in raised prongs, so the head reads as one long sweep across the finger instead of building toward a focal stone.
Rhodium plated silver keeps the whole spread in cool white metal, which stops the pink from turning warm and lets the greens stay clean. The shank widens into sculpted, scalloped shoulders that carry the width of the head without adding bulk. Sized at 7 US, it covers most of the finger between the knuckles.
