Each earring is a pear cut emerald closed into a smooth yellow gold bezel and hung from a small gold teardrop top that carries a single round diamond. The bezel takes in the whole girdle, so the green reads as one solid shape with the facets working inside the outline rather than breaking it up.
At 15 by 7 millimeters these are short drops, articulated at the join so the emeralds swing slightly with movement. From a step away they resolve into two clear green pears, each under a single point of white.
