All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Each earring hangs from a slim polished gold hoop, and the drop below is built around a cushion cut Ethiopian opal held in four gold prongs. Small round diamonds are pave set in two tapering wedges, one riding above the opal and one below, so the white stones read as opposite points of a rotated square around the milky pink body of the stone. Opal answers light with a shifting play of color across its face rather than one fixed tone, and warm 14K yellow gold picks up the pinks in it.
At 16 by 7 millimeters the pair sits just below the lobe, quiet in profile, with enough travel in the hinged drop to move as the head turns.
