All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
These are hoops rather than drops. Oval peridots run right around each one, set on the outer face and again on the inner face, so the olive green carries whether the ear is seen straight on or from the side. Roughly a dozen stones to a hoop, each in its own claws, with the silver cut back to little more than the frame between them.
At 30 millimeters across and 4 millimeters wide they read as a complete circle at the ear. The 5.08 carats are divided among all of those stones rather than concentrated in a few, so no single peridot is large and it is the unbroken run of green that registers. A hinged post snaps shut at the top of each hoop.
