Eleven cushion cut amethysts sit shoulder to shoulder across the front of this bolo bracelet, squared outlines with softened corners packed so closely that almost no metal shows between them. The flat broad tables send color straight back at the eye, so the violet reads as a row of solid blocks rather than as scattered sparkle. Together they weigh 6.04 carats.
Behind the row, sterling silver box chain runs up to a polished slider bead finished with twin ball terminals; the bracelet is drawn in by hand and lets back out to 10 inches, with no clasp to fasten. White metal throughout keeps the purple cool and does nothing to warm it.
