All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
These are hoops. Round amethysts run along the front face of each one, close to eight stones to a hoop, every one in its own four claw setting, while the back half of the band stays plain gold plated silver and vanishes behind the lobe. The purple is light rather than deep, and the gold plating beneath each stone warms it a shade further.
Nineteen millimeters across and 4 millimeters wide, hinged with a click closure that shuts flush into the band. On the ear they sit tight against the lobe and turn all the color forward, which is the logic of setting only the face that shows.
