All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
The amethyst is a cushion cut of nearly six carats, purple deepening toward the corners and opening up across the table, held by four rounded prongs. Above it, where a plain bail would usually meet the stone, about ten small round tanzanites are set in two staggered rows against darkened metal, a narrow wedge of blue violet capping the purple.
Sterling silver keeps everything else quiet: a fluted bail, an eighteen inch cable chain, nothing added beyond that. The pendant runs 28 by 13 millimeters, and the great majority of that is stone.
