Three round amethysts sit in a row across the top of this ring, the center stone slightly the largest and the two beside it stepping down in scale. Polished sterling silver crosses over itself around them, so the band appears to twist and then part to let the stones through. Where the metal crosses, small bright points in white metal catch the light alongside the violet.
The 0.70 carat total is spread across the trio rather than gathered into one stone, which keeps the profile low and the line long. At size 7 the head runs with the finger rather than sitting up off it.
