All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Three amethysts, one large oval at the centre and a smaller round at each shoulder, on a gold plated shank. What makes it work is the split in the metal: the halo of small diamonds around the centre stone is set in white metal while the shank and the two shoulder settings stay gold, so a bright white ring floats on a warm band.
The amethysts come to 3.64 carats between them, the diamonds to 0.12. The shoulder stones are set low and close to the shank, so the profile steps down cleanly from the head to the finger. Size 8.
