Each earring opens as a six petal blossom: pear cut aquamarines set point inward around a single round white topaz, the pale blue lifting where the facets catch. Below the flower the mount splits into a double curve of bright .925 sterling silver, one arm left plain and polished, the other pave set with small white topaz that trace the loop back toward the lobe.
Twelve aquamarines and sixteen white topazes come to a little over one and a half carats across the pair. At 17 by 12 millimeters they read as a floral half hoop rather than a stud, wide enough to fill the lobe and short enough to sit close against it.
