Two fish curve head to tail inside an open circle, textured to suggest scales, which makes this a Pisces pendant in everything but the label. A single round aquamarine sits bezel set in the bail above, pale blue against the gold plating and working as punctuation rather than a centerpiece.
The circle is open through the middle, so the pendant reads as line and negative space instead of mass. Gold plated sterling silver, 45 by 31 millimeters.
