Thirteen aquamarines make up this ring, not one. An oval sits at the centre inside a navette shaped frame of white topaz pavé, and twelve pear cuts radiate outward from it, points turned inward and tails out, so the head reads as a long oval flower standing tall on the finger. Two more ribbons of topaz pavé cross above and below the centre in an X, filling the space the pears leave open.
The pale blue holds consistent from stone to stone, which is what makes the arrangement read as one shape rather than as thirteen separate stones. 1.84 carats in total, sterling silver, size 7.
