Seven round black diamonds in a shared claw cluster, one at the center and six around, sitting directly on a smooth domed band with no bezel or plate beneath them. That absence matters: the stones appear to grow out of the gold plating rather than to be mounted on top of it, and the 0.96 carats spread across seven gives each one real presence at the surface. Two small notches cut into the shoulders are the only other detail on the ring.
