The face of this band is divided on the diagonal: white diamonds pave set across one half in bright metal, black diamonds across the other in darkened metal, with a clean gold toned border drawn around the whole top. Just over a carat between the two colours, near enough evenly split, and the diagonal is what makes it work, since a straight line down the middle would read as two rings stuck together. The band tapers to a plain shank at the back.
