All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Two hearts hang in line at each ear: a small one at the top pavé set with white diamonds, and below it a larger heart pavé set edge to edge in blue diamonds, both in sterling silver. The blue is steely and slightly gray, darker than the white heart above it, so the drop steps down from bright to deep as the eye travels along it.
The stones are set tight enough that each heart holds its shape as a solid block of color rather than as scattered points. At 34 by 13 millimeters the pair hangs from a slim curved wire and falls just below the lobe.
