Five round blue diamonds set in a line across a flat topped plaque, the 0.48 carats divided between them so each is small and the row is long. Channel setting drops the stones below the surface of the plaque and gives a completely smooth top; there are no claws to catch. The plaque itself is raised slightly proud of the shank with a defined edge all round, which frames the blue and keeps the design squared rather than soft.
