All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
On the lobe this reads as a short curved bar rather than a hoop. The front carries round sapphires stepped in size, the largest at the middle of the curve, with small round white topaz set between them and at either end, and the colorless stones keep the dark blue from collapsing into one mass.
At 17 by 6 millimeters the pair follows the edge of the lobe and finishes behind it, so from the front you see the run of stones and very little metal. 1.44 carats of sapphire against 0.16 carats of topaz across the two.
