All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
The sapphire here is a cushion, set in a full halo of small round diamonds that follows the squared outline of the stone corner for corner. The halo is worked in white metal while the bail and the rope chain behind it are yellow, and that two tone break is what separates the drop visually from the chain it hangs on.
A further diamond sits in the bail above the halo, so the pendant reads as a small bright square suspended from a fine gold rope. At 19 by 11 millimeters it hangs a little below the collarbone and holds its shape against skin, the deep blue of the cushion carrying against the warm chain rather than blending into it.
