All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
An oval sapphire in dark, even blue sits inside a single row of round diamonds, each one held by fine claws that stand up between the stones and give the halo a slightly spiked edge. The head is a plain oval, not scalloped, and it measures about 13 millimeters across; the rest of the 23 millimeter length is the short diamond set bail above it. This is a compact pendant that concentrates its color in one small area.
White gold keeps the surround cold and unmixed so nothing warm cuts into the blue. Worn, it sits high on the chest and reads as a point of color first, with the diamond ring around it doing the work of catching light.
