A natural blue sapphire of 3.14 carats forms the heart of this pendant, its blue lifted by the warmth of 18K yellow gold around it. Diamonds just over three tenths of a carat outline the stone and catch the light as it moves. Measuring 22 by 14 millimeters, it rests at the neckline, and no second example exists.
