Oval sapphire, scalloped diamond halo, then a short diamond bar linking the whole thing to the chain: the drop is built in three clean stages, and every part of the metal is white, which leaves the sapphire as the only color anywhere in the piece.
It measures 23 by 12 millimeters and hangs from a fine cable chain that lets it turn a little with movement. At 3.64 carats the sapphire is substantial for a pendant of this footprint and the color runs correspondingly deep, with 0.32 carats of diamond framing it in 18K white gold.
