This is a wide domed band with three tight rows of small round blue sapphires pavé set across the top, held by tiny bright beads of silver. The background between the stones is darkened, so the blue sits against black rather than white and the whole panel reads as one dense field of color instead of individual stones.
The dome runs about halfway around the finger and then thins into a plain polished half round shank, which keeps the weight forward where the stones are. Under a carat of sapphire total, spread across dozens of small stones rather than concentrated in one, in sterling silver.
