Seven round sapphires form a flower: six petals set tight around a seventh at the middle, each in its own white gold claws, so from a step back the blue reads as a single shape and only resolves into separate stones up close. The shoulders carry a short line of small diamonds set into the band, running in toward the cluster and drawing the eye along the shank.
Half a carat of sapphire spread across the seven, which keeps the head compact and low. Sized 7 US.
