All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
The shank opens into two slim loops of white gold that meet above and below the oval sapphire, leaving daylight on either side of the stone rather than a solid seat. Inside each loop sits one small round diamond, so the accent light reads as two separate points at the east and west of the center rather than a continuous line.
The sapphire is held in four fine prongs and set low, which keeps the profile close to the finger. Against 10K white gold the blue stays cool and slightly gray, and the openwork keeps the whole head compact on a size seven band.
