A pear cut sapphire sits inside a full halo of small round diamonds, each one claw set so the halo scallops around the outline of the pear and follows its point. The frame lifts the stone visually and makes the head read considerably wider than the 1.32 carat center on its own.
The shank is split into two fine white gold wires that run back from the halo, which keeps the underside light and lets the frame float above the finger. Against 10K white gold the sapphire holds a deep blue with no warm cast.
