White gold throughout, with a marquise sapphire raised on four prongs above a split shank. Each arm of the split is pavé set with small round diamonds that run from the base of the head down toward the finger, leaving an open V of space beneath the stone on both sides.
Because every element is white metal, the eye goes straight to the contrast between the dark blue marquise and the diamond lines flanking it. The stone is set lengthwise and reads long and narrow on the hand.
