Narrow ribbons of silver cross over one another at the top of this band, some pave set with small round sapphires and others with diamonds, so blue and white lines braid together and trade places as they pass. There is no center stone at all; the whole effect lives in the weave and in how the two colors alternate across the width of the ring.
0.62 carats of diamond against 0.88 carats of sapphire is a high proportion of white for a colored stone ring, and it shows. The band reads bright from across a room and blue only when you look into it. Wide over the top, tapering to a plain shank behind, sized 7 US.
