The face is an elongated scalloped oval that runs up the finger rather than across it, divided by gold ribs into panels, each panel filled with small round diamonds in white settings and outlined in milgrain. The result is a lattice, geometric and openworked, with the metal doing as much of the drawing as the stones.
At the middle of it an oval sapphire sits in a plain gold bezel, dark blue and unbroken by prongs, 0.94 carats against the 0.58 carats spread through all the surrounding diamonds. Gold plated sterling silver, 1.52 carats in total, ring size 7 US with custom sizing available upon request.
