An oval sapphire sits low between two marquise shaped leaves, each pave set with small diamonds and angled slightly away from the stone so the head takes a stylized floral outline. The band stays narrow right up to the setting, which keeps the whole ring compact on the finger.
Nearly all of the 1.58 carats is in the sapphire itself, with only 0.06 carats of diamond in the leaves, so the blue does the work and the white metal simply draws around it. 14K white gold, size 7.
