All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Two halos, not one. An oval blue sapphire sits inside a close inner ring of small round diamonds, then a beaded divider, then a second wider ring of diamonds around the outside, with short pave panels bridging the two at four points. The head builds up into a round plaque made almost entirely of white metal and light, with the blue held at its middle.
The 14K white gold band underneath is plain and tapered, running clean into the underside of the setting with nothing set along the shoulders. All 0.44 carats of diamond sit in the two rings, and that concentration is what makes the head read so much wider than the 1.28 carat sapphire at its center. Size 7.
