This is the most compact of the sapphire halos: a 1.74 carat cushion stone with one tight row of pave diamonds following its outline and almost no metal showing between the two. Yellow gold prongs sit at the four corners and the band runs straight out from the head with no taper at all.
Scaled this way the head sits low and covers roughly half the width of the finger, closer in proportion to a band than to a cocktail ring. Diamonds total 0.18 carats. Ring size 7.
