The shank carries the design here. It divides into two pavé lines on each side, both running with small round diamonds, and closes again at the four claws that hold a 2.14 carat oval blue sapphire. There is no halo and nothing crowding the stone, just the split lines drawing the eye inward toward it.
From the top the sapphire reads deep and even, and the white gold keeps the edges of the split shank sharp. Ring size 7.
