All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Two tone by construction. The 2.40 carat blue sapphire and the claws that hold it are yellow gold, while the cushion shaped halo of small round diamonds around it is set in white metal, drawing a bright rectangle around the blue. The band is slim and plain, which leaves all the width in the head.
At arm's length the halo reads as one continuous bright outline rather than as separate stones, and the gold warms the sapphire along the edge where they touch. Size 7.
