The sapphire is the event here, a single oval of 3.78 carats standing well clear of the finger in prongs at the corners, a vivid open blue with the facet structure of the crown plainly visible through the table. A close row of small round diamonds follows its full outline, 0.48 carats across the group, and the 18K white gold shank stays plain and slightly tapered so the head carries everything.
The proportion is worth reading: the sapphire alone is 3.78 of the 4.26 carat total, so the diamond row works as an outline rather than as bulk, adding perhaps a millimeter to the face on each side. A white metal stays neutral against blue this saturated. Size 7 US, and custom sizing is available upon request.
