No border on this one. The 4.30 carat oval is held in four white gold claws and left to fill the setting alone, broad across the finger, with the facet pattern reading clearly through the dark blue where the light catches the crown.
The work is at the shoulders instead, where small round diamonds are pave set into a triangular panel on each side that narrows to a point against the stone. Twelve points of diamond between them. The shank is flat and substantial, 14K white gold, ring size 7 US with custom sizing available.
