Everything on this ring sits in the head. An oval blue sapphire of 4.04 carats is ringed by one close row of round diamonds and nothing more, with the white gold band running plain and smooth from the halo all the way around the finger.
The sapphire is a mid blue with clear variation through the body of the stone, paler where the crown facets catch and gathering deeper toward the middle. The halo traces the oval outline exactly rather than rounding it off, so the shape of the stone survives at the edge. 0.44 carats of diamond against 4.04 carats of sapphire, 4.48 carats in total.
18K white gold, size 7 US, with custom sizing available. Leaving the shank bare is what gives the head its scale, since there is nothing else on the finger to measure it against.
