All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
At 4.30 carats the oval covers most of the width of the finger, and the setting is built around that scale. A tight single row of round diamonds runs right against the girdle, and then the shank breaks away from the halo into a swirl that crosses over it on each side.
Each of those swirls carries two rows of small round diamonds, so the metal approaching the head reads as a line of light rather than as a plain white band. The sapphire itself is inky, nearly black around the edges, lifting to a clear blue across the middle of the table.
0.36 carats of diamond against 4.30 carats of blue sapphire, 4.66 carats in total, in 14K white gold at size 7 US with custom sizing available. White metal keeps the join between halo and center stone crisp, which counts for more at this size than it would on a small head.
