A cushion cut sapphire fills the head of this ring, closely ringed by a cushion shaped halo of round diamonds that repeats the outline of the stone corner for corner. A fine milgrain edge runs around the outside of the halo, softening the border where the white gold ends.
Pave diamonds carry partway down each shoulder before the band tapers to plain 18K white gold. Everything sits in the cool register, so the saturated blue is the only color on the piece, and at four carats total the head reads square and substantial on the finger. Size 7 US.
