Square cut stones alternate one for one along the top of this band, dark blue sapphire then white topaz then sapphire again, each held in its own tiny prongs and set edge to edge so the row reads as an unbroken stripe of dark and light. The stones stop before the back, leaving a plain silver band behind the finger.
The two materials are matched exactly by weight, 1.78 carats each for 3.56 carats in total, and the squares are cut to the same footprint so the rhythm never breaks. Sterling silver, ring size 7 US, with custom sizing available upon request.
