Ten oval blue topazes per earring fall in a single articulated line, each link hinged to the next so the drop bends and travels rather than hanging stiff. The stones graduate as they go, small and tightly spaced at the top, opening out toward the base where the largest hangs alone.
Twenty stones and 8.52 carats across the pair, all of it that clear sky blue, held in 18K white gold plated sterling silver that keeps the setting on the cool side of the color. The line runs 40 millimeters long and only 8 wide, so it reads as a narrow ribbon of blue at any distance.
