Two polished silver waves cross over the top of this ring and taper away in opposite directions, and where they overlap, three small round blue topaz are set in a short diagonal row flush between the two arms. The topaz totals 0.70 carats, so the stones are accents rather than the subject; the shape of the metal is what carries the design.
The finish is high polish throughout, with no texture or stone work anywhere else on the band, which keeps the crossover clean. At ring size 13 US it fits a broad finger, and the plain sweep of the silver reads well at that scale on a man or a woman.
